DELIVERY POLICY

We will always ensure our best efforts to despatch goods as quickly as possible however delivery times are guides, they are not guaranteed.

Orders made by midday GMT will be despatched the same working day.

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday UK 9am - 6pm and delivered on working days.

Tracking & Redelivery
If the goods are returned to us after failure to deliver, a second redelivery charge will be incurred. 

A tracking reference will be sent to you with your confirmation email and a signature will be required on delivery.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SHIP (REFUND THE ORDER) OR CONTACT YOU TO DISCUSS SHIPPING CHARGE OPTIONS IF YOUR TERRITORY IS DEFINED BY THE COURIER AS REMOTE.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you’ll be delighted with the quality of our product should it not be the case however, you may return any items sold on this site within 14 daysfrom the date of receipt for a full refund including your postage. 
To process your return or exchange, contact us on hello@okunbeachwear.com before you return your items and keep a hold of your dispatch note or your order confirmation email.
SALES PROMOTION
All sales are final during all sales promotion period and cannot be returned but can be exchanged for replacement items or a store credit.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you use a standard delivery with a tracked service. 
Any items returned to us must be in their original condition with original packaging. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them.
When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Swimwear should be tried on over your underwear as we may be unable to accept them otherwise.
Once we have received your package and goods in their original condition, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the item(s) or exchange for a different item if that is your wish within 30 working days of receipt. 
However we usually refund the order cost including any shipping charges immediately upon receipt. Or despatch the desired exchange item within a couple of days.
Gifts must be returned or exchanged by the person who paid for it.


This document covers the basics of our returns and exchanges procedures which do not affect your statutory rights. But we are more interested in positive outcomes than rules and regulations.
